In engineering applications, pipes and tubes are helpful in carrying out numerous applications. Pipes are long-hollow circular cylinders useful for transferring liquid or gaseous fluids within the piping systems. On the other hand, tubes represent long-hollow rods useful for structural and machinery applications.

Incoloy 330 is a nickel-chromium alloy with silicon as an additive. Silicon exhibits excellent toughness, malleable and durable properties. Also, it attributes good tensile and high-yield strength, making it corrosion resistant in annealed conditions.

Incoloy 330 enhances the performance, toughness, and durability of the pipes and tubes. During the heat-generating process, we can use Incoloy 330 Pipes and Tubes significantly.

Mangalam Metal Corporation offers an exclusive range of Incoloy 330 grades and variants. We use high-quality raw materials to manufacture Incoloy 330 Pipes and Tubes to meet national and international standards.

Incoloy 330 is a special alloy. It comprises the following elements:

In annealed conditions, Incoloy 330 exhibits high-tensile strength that ranges up to 600 MPa. It means, during the heating process, it can attain a maximum load of up to 600MPa without any fracture and embrittlement.

Also, Incoloy 330 offers high-yield strength in annealed conditions up to 280 MPa, which helps the surfaces to withstand high stress without permanently deforming.

Incoloy 330 is a nickel-chromium alloy with elements iron, silicon, carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur.

  • Nickel, Ni (34%)

It belongs to the transition metal. It shows variable valence and a strong tendency to form coordination compounds. Thus, making it hard, ductile, and magnetic at room temperature areas.

  • Chromium, Cl (17% to 20%)

It also belongs to the transition metal. Thus, it exhibits nearly the same chemical and mechanical properties that are helpful in oxidation and crevice corrosions. It also creates a shield against ultraviolet radiation.

  • Iron, Fe (Balance)

Like Nickel, iron also belongs to the transition metal category. During the heating process, it becomes hard and brittle. A balanced content of ferrous helps to strengthen the products and protect them against tampering.

  • Carbon, C (0 to 0.08%)

Carbon is renowned for its lightness. It helps to shed few pounds of the metal alloy and intact the other chemical properties simultaneously. It also enhances the carbonization resistance in steam reforming plants that are widely useful in ethylene productions.

  • Silicon, Si (0.75% to 1.50%)

It is a tetravalent metalloid. It enhances the efficiency, hardness, and malleability of metal alloys. It can withstand stress and turbulence in extreme temperature areas.

Markings and Packing

Product packaging serves to protect the products inside. Mangalam Metal Corporation effectively ensures all the products are deliverable to our clients securely. In the case of exports, we follow all international standard protocols of packaging.

Often, we export them in wooden cases. We mark our products with Grades, Lot Numbers, Size, Degree, and our Trademark. We also make custom markings on the products as per the requirements of our clients.

Quality Assurance

At Mangalam Metal Corporation, all products are subject to strict supervision at each production chain, right from purchasing the raw materials to dispatching products. All the processes undergo inspections for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, and JIS codes and standards.
