Sheets and Plates are the primary products in the metal industry. They are highly versatile, useful in numerous engineering applications.

Depending upon the nature and scope of work, we can cut or bend them in different shapes and sizes. While plates are mostly serviceable in the aviation and transportation industry, sheets are helpful to produce cans and closures.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It offers excellent resistance against crevice, pitting, and cracking corrosions. It also exhibits good mechanical properties, which are highly beneficial in both low and high-temperature areas.

Incoloy 825 enhances the efficiency, potency, and durability of the sheet and plates. The design of this alloy’s chemical composition meets all obstacles in acidic surroundings. These acidic surroundings include sulphuric, phosphoric, nitric, and hydrochloric solutions.

Mangalam Metal Corporation offers an exclusive range of Incoloy 825 products with various grades. We use high-quality raw materials to manufacture Incoloy 825 Sheets and Plates to meet national and international standards.

An outsider might use the terms sheets and plates indifferently. But in the engineering world, we need to coin the words precisely because they are different!

Sheets and Plates exhibit the same chemical compositions and mechanical properties. But, their classifications of the alloy depend upon their thickness.

The thickness of alloy sheets ranges from 0.006 inches to 0.25 inches (3 mm). On the other hand, the thickness of alloy plates is more or equivalent to 0.25 inches.

Incoloy 825 Sheets and Plates provide excellent resistance in unbiased chloride mediums. It exhibits a high-yield tensile strength in hostile environments, where the temperature ranges from 1600-Degree F to 2150-Degree F.

Incoloy 825 contains nickel, chromium, and iron with the addition of molybdenum. Thus, it provides resistance from stress-corrosion cracking to the sheets and plates that helps to resist higher pressure in hostile environments.

Incoloy 825 provides good fatigue resistance, which helps the sheets and plates to resist heat in temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 1095-Degree F.

Incoloy 825 offers high-yield tensile strength and toughness, making the sheets hard and brittle in elevated temperature areas.

Incoloy 825 contains higher ferrous content. Thus, these sheets and plates do not rust or shrink placidly. Also, it maintains low-temperature notch toughness and cracks propagation resistance.

Markings and Packing

Product packaging serves to protect the products inside. Mangalam Metal Corporation effectively ensures all the products are deliverable to our clients securely. In the case of exports, we follow all international standard protocols of packaging.

Often, we export them in wooden cases. We mark our products with Grades, Lot Numbers, Size, Degree, and our Trademark. We also make custom markings on the products as per the requirements of our clients.
