Pipe Fittings are the adapters helpful for connecting pipes or other piping components to:
- change the flowing fluids.
- connect pipelines of different sizes or materials.
- stop the flow of fluids.
Pipe fittings are available in various shapes and sizes. They are highly versatile, making them useful in numerous domestic and industrial applications.
Incoloy 925 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. The nickel content protects against chloride-ion stress corrosion crackings. This alloy’s chemical composition provides oxidation and corrosion resistance in elevated temperature areas.
Incoloy 925 enhances the performance, stability, and durability of the pipe fittings in high-temperature areas. Incoloy 925 also contains titanium and aluminum, which provide additional strength to the pipe fittings during the heat-generating process.
Mangalam Metal Corporation offers an exclusive range of precise Incoloy 925 Pipe Fittings to our clients. We manufacture and supply high-quality Incoloy 925 products, which undergo inspections for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, and JIS codes and standards.
APPLICATIONS OF INCOLOY 925 PIPE FITTINGS
Incoloy 925 Pipe Fittings are popular due to their unique chemical compositions. It contains a precise measure of chemical components that provides efficiency and efficacy to the piping components in annealed conditions.
- Incoloy 925 Elbow Fittings exhibits high-yield tensile strength in temperature areas ranging from 1350-Degree F to 1380-Degree F.
- Incoloy 925 Reducers offer a good grip on different piping components. It also resists corrosion, pitting, and cracking in hostile environments.
- Incoloy 925 Pipe Tees exhibits provide higher strength and toughness to the piping system. Thus, ensuring the flowing fluids flow smoothly and leak-proof.
- Incoloy 925 Couplings are helpful to sustain the durability of the piping components in high-temperature areas. It exhibits high-yield tensile strength and hardness during the heating-generating process.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF PIPE-END CONNECTIONS
Threads are technically the round rings formed on the piping surfaces. The threads are available either inside or outer surfaces of the pipe fittings. These fittings are beneficial to connect small-bore piping components whose diameter is NPS 2 or smaller. These fittings are suitable for non-critical applications like fire protection, water distribution channels, cooling systems, etc., where pressure and temperature are lower.
During the butt-welding process, we join two pieces of metals butted against each other and welded. It uses the heat on the adjoining surfaces together at the same time. Butt-weld fittings are more effective than socket fittings in strength and stress conditions. Thus, making it suitable in applications where high pressure and turbulence are present.
SOCKET- WELD FITTINGS
Socket-Weld Fittings involves two pipes of different sizes. Technically, we insert the smaller pipe inside the larger ones and weld around the outer circumferences of the larger one. That’s why socket weld is known as ‘fillet weld.’ SW Fittings are generally serviceable for connecting small-bore pipes with diameter DN40 or smaller
Product packaging serves to protect the products inside. Mangalam Metal Corporation effectively ensures all the products are deliverable to our clients securely. In the case of exports, we follow all international standard protocols of packaging.
Often, we export them in wooden cases. We mark our products with Grades, Lot Numbers, Size, Degree, and our Trademark. We also make custom markings on the products as per the requirements of our clients.
At Mangalam Metal Corporation, all products are subject to strict supervision at each production chain, right from purchasing the raw materials to dispatching products. All the processes undergo inspections for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, and JIS codes and standards.
