Pipes and Tubes are the primary products helpful in numerous engineering applications. They are highly versatile and effective in carrying out various engineering applications, including heat tracking lines, heat exchangers, connection lines, structural supports, etc.

Incoloy 925 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. This alloy’s chemical composition provides good oxidation-corrosion resistance in hostile environments. Also, it contains copper and molybdenum, which enhances the strength of the surfaces against reducing agent activities in redox chemical reactions.

Incoloy 925 Pipes and Tubes offers strength, stability, and durability to industrial appliances in annealed conditions. They exhibit high-yield tensile strength and performance to the overall piping systems.

Mangalam Metal Corporation is one of the renowned manufacturers and exporters of Incoloy 925 Pipes and Tubes across the globe. We produce all Incoloy 925 products as per the standards and schedules laid by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME).

Incoloy 925 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It also contains molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum.

Incoloy 925 Pipes and Tubes contains molybdenum, which provides excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosions. During the heating process, the titanium and aluminum components exhibit additional strength to the pipes and tubes.

In annealed conditions, Incoloy 925 Pipes and Tubes enable attaining maximum elongation and hardness. Thus, making it beneficial to connect by the welding, soldering, or forging process.

Following are some industries and their applications that use Incoloy 925 Pipes and Tubes.

An outsider uses the terminologies ‘pipes’ and ‘tubes’ interchangeably. However, they are different!

Pipes are round-hollow cylinders helpful to transfer liquid or gaseous fluids within the piping systems. The inner diameter is technically lesser than the outer diameter of the pipeline. Usually, an engineer selects the nominal size of the pipes by roughly calculating their fluid conveying capacity.

Mathematically, we calculate the inner diameter while subtracting the outer diameter by twice the wall thickness of the pipes, given in the schedules.

On the other hand, tubes are long-hollow cylindrical rods. They are highly versatile, making them beneficial in supporting machinery appliances and pressure equipment. They are available in 4-basic shapes, namely round, square, rectangular, and oval.

They are available in numerous shapes and sizes. Their wall thickness and outer diameter have specific schedules and measurable in inches or millimeters.

Markings and Packing

Product packaging serves to protect the products inside. Mangalam Metal Corporation effectively ensures all the products are deliverable to our clients securely. In the case of exports, we follow all international standard protocols of packaging.

Often, we export them in wooden cases. We mark our products with Grades, Lot Numbers, Size, Degree, and our Trademark. We also make custom markings on the products as per the requirements of our clients.

Quality Assurance

At Mangalam Metal Corporation, all products are subject to strict supervision at each production chain, right from purchasing the raw materials to dispatching products. All the processes undergo inspections for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, and JIS codes and standards.
