Pipe Fittings are the adapters helpful to connect two or more pipes to form an overall piping system.

These piping components enables you to:

  • change the flowing fluids.
  • connect pipelines of different sizes or materials.
  • stop the flow of fluids.

Pipe fittings are available in various shapes and sizes. They are highly versatile, making them useful in numerous domestic and industrial applications.

Nickle 200 is a 99.6% pure working nickel alloy, along with carbon, ferrous, manganese, sulfur, and other essential elements. Its nickel content is enough to provide resistance against high ion-stress chloride corrosion in elevated temperature areas.

Nickel 200 exhibits higher performance, stability, and durability to the pipe fittings in industrial premises. It also offers high-yield tensile strength up to 462 Mpa. Thus, these pipe fittings can withstand stress and pressure without been tempered.

Mangalam Metal Corporation offers an exclusive range of Nickel 200 Pipe Fittings to our elite clients across the globe. We use high-quality raw materials to manufacture Nickel 200 Pipe Fittings to meet national and international demands.

APPLICATIONS OF NICKEL 200 PIPE FITTINGS

NICKEL 200 ELBOW PIPE FITTINGS MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

Pipe Fittings are available in different shapes and sizes. Technically, we use seamless and welded pipes to manufacture small-diameter elbow pipe fittings. On the other hand, we use Nickel 200 Plates to produce larger elbow pipe fittings.

For manufacturing elbow pipe fittings, there are four different types of Hot and Cold forming processes.

  • Mandrel Method- Hot Forming

Under this method, we cut seamless pipes into small pieces. Further, with the help of a hydraulic ram, we push these pipes over a dice known as Mandrel. It enables these elbow fittings to expand or bend as per our requirements.

Further, these elbow fittings undergo processes like heat treating, beveling, and coating to attain strength and toughness as per industrial applications.

  • Extrusion Method- Cold Forming

Usually, we use this method to produce small and medium-sized elbows.

Under this method, we cut seamless pipes of small diameter into small pieces. Further, we push these pipes through a cold bending die to form elbow pipe fittings as per our desired shapes and sizes. Also, these dies require proper lubrication to avoid friction and stress during the manufacturing process.

Further, these elbow fittings undergo processes like heat treating, beveling, and coating to attain strength and toughness as per industrial applications.

  • UO Method

The UO method is ideally helpful to manufacture elbow pipe fittings of medium and large diameters.

Under this method, we cut the Nickel 200 Plates into different shapes and sizes. First, we shape these plates into a U-shape using a die. Further, we use another die to shape them into tubular or O-form.

Onwards, we weld these elbow fittings from inside and outside of the closing seams. Further, these elbow fittings undergo processes like heat treating, beveling, and coating to attain strength and toughness as per industrial applications.

Markings and Packing

Product packaging serves to protect the products inside. Mangalam Metal Corporation effectively ensures all the products are deliverable to our clients securely. In the case of exports, we follow all international standard protocols of packaging.

Often, we export them in wooden cases. We mark our products with Grades, Lot Numbers, Size, Degree, and our Trademark. We also make custom markings on the products as per the requirements of our clients.

Quality Assurance

At Mangalam Metal Corporation, all products are subject to strict supervision at each production chain, right from purchasing the raw materials to dispatching products. All the processes undergo inspections for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, and JIS codes and standards.
