Inconel 825 Sheets Plates

UNS N08825 Plate, DIN 2.4858 Sheets

Mangalam Metal is exporter and manufacturer of Incoloy Alloy 825 Sheets & Plates, which is excellent steel formulated for primary forming into wrought products. Incoloy 825 Plates has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide variety of environments and when in contact with different corrosive media. Alloy 825 Plates is used in Pressure vessels; Iron, steel, and non-ferrous industries; Engineering industry; Energy conversion plants; Cement industry; and more. The carbide precipitation of Incoloy 825 Coils is not harmful to high temperature mechanical properties, where post-weld heat treatment is not necessary for most high temperature service. Heat up to 1010 Degree C – 1120 Degree C and cool rapidly, where these Alloy 825 Coils can not be hardened by thermaltreatment. Incoloy 825 Perforated Sheets has good resistance to atmospheric corrosion, foods and beverages and to organic and inorganic chemicals in moderately oxidizing to moderately reducing environments.

Incoloy825 Perforated Plates has higher strength at elevated temperatures so is often used for structural and pressure-containing applications at temperatures above about 500 Degree C and up to about 800 Degree C. Incoloy 825 Perforated Coils belongs to the family of Austenitic Steel in which pure iron has existence only at a steady temperature range of 910 degree Celsius – 1400 degree Celsius. Incoloy 825 Slatting Sheets has a higher carbon content making the steel more suitable for use in applications where elevated temperatures are present.
