We are Manufacture, Suplier & Export of Nickel Alloy 201 Round Bars in India.Nickel 201 Bars are manufactured by using higher quality ofalloys and in that way ensures exceptional durability. These Alloy 201 Round Bars are seamless for applications where higher strength and enhanced corrosion resistance is required. Alloy 201 Bars is a high purity nickel alloy commonly used for electrical resistant thermometers. UNS N02201 Round Bars are commercially pure wrought nickel, similar to Nickel 200 but with a lower carbon content to prevent embrittlement by intergranular carbon at temperatures beyond 600 degrees Fahrenheit (315 degrees Celsius). Nickel 200 and 201 may be hot molded into nearly any shape Round Bar.
The temperature range of 1200°F to 2250°F is advised and should be strictly followed, as the correct temperature is the most critical aspect in attaining hot malleability. We provide a variety of these bars, including Nickel 201 Bright Bars, Nickel 201 Hex Bars, Nickel 201 Black Bars, Nickel 201 Flat Bars, Nickel 201 Billets Bars, and Nickel 201 Forged Bars.
